Lightblossom Trinity

The Blinding Vale · boss 1 of 4

Lore

The Lightbloom has suffered a terrible defeat, but like the rutaani it imbues, it changes. These Lightblossomed rutaani fanatically propagate their vicious and invasive garden.

In one sentence

Stand in Kezkitt's beams. Every second a seed grows unblocked is more damage when it blooms — and the three of them share health, so there is nothing to split.

A gardening fight, played in reverse. Meittik breaks the soil, Lekshi plants a Lightblossom in it, Kezkitt beams the seed to force it open, and the finished bloom is group damage scaled by how many stacks of Light-Gorged it accumulated. A player standing in the beam stifles the seed and stops the stacks.

The spires charge him. A body in the line stops the charge. spires STAND IN IT you take the damage — he does not get the charge Every charge that lands makes him permanently stronger. Blocking is not optional.

What actually kills you

Everything else is noise until these three are handled.

  • Letting a seed germinate unblocked. Lightbloom Overgrowth is group damage priced by the stacks it collected, and nobody blocking means full price.
  • Splitting damage between the three. Thicket's Trinity shares all damage taken, so target choice is not a lever — the only lever is the beams.
  • The ground disappearing. Fertile Loam slows and damages; when a blossom finishes, its loam withers into Light-Scorched Earth, which is worse.
